Who we are
answerback.online is operated by Linkedd LLC, a Montana limited liability company (file no. C1631496), d/b/a AnswerBack, 226 S Cruse Ave, Helena, MT 59601. AnswerBack is a managed answering service for plumbing, HVAC, and other home-service businesses nationwide in the United States.
Short version
AnswerBack's website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or session replay. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and Mixpanel product analytics, which keeps a visitor identifier in your browser's local storage, plus the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check. We don't use advertising cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner; Mixpanel does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and you can turn off analytics in this browser.

Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Cloudflare security cookies may cause extra verification challenges; blocking Stripe cookies may prevent checkout. Blocking cookies does not affect Cloudflare Web Analytics because it uses none. Mixpanel uses local storage rather than cookies; clear site data or use the opt-out above to stop it.
Calls and texts
