Our commitment

AnswerBack (a brand of Linkedd LLC, 226 S Cruse Ave, Helena, MT 59601) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat that as an ongoing goal rather than a finished certification.

What we do

• Use semantic page structure, headings, a skip-to-content link, and a declared page language.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
• Keep pages usable with a keyboard and with zoom up to 200%.
• Respect your device's reduced-motion setting where the site uses animation.
• The product demo video has no spoken dialogue, so it has no captions; it has player controls and can be paused at any time.
• Review pages with automated checks and manual testing when we make changes.

Known limitations

• Payments are completed on Stripe's hosted checkout and billing pages, and bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Those third-party components follow their providers' own accessibility practices.
• Some older articles or downloadable files may not yet meet every guideline. If you need any content in another format, ask and we will provide it.
